Recognition in support work: survey for Australian disability support workers working with young people with cognitive disability

In this survey we want to find out about what is important to you in your work with young people with cognitive disability (18-30 years).

This survey builds from research we have completed about paid working relationships with young people with cognitive disability and their support workers.

We are particularly interested in what it is about working together that contributes to a sense of recognition in both young people and support workers.

While we learned a lot from the people involved in that research, we are keen to find out more about how support workers understand and experience their role.

Your responses are confidential, and no identifying details will be collected.
